10 min Mac and cheese

Hey people! Watcha doooin! have you got some pasta and cheese at home? then you got to try this!

Mac and cheese is basically some macaroni pasta with dairy. i.e., with some milk/ cream and cheese!
You can use any type of cheese in the world here. This is the perfect time to be diverse and creative!
It's not fair for italians thoughπŸ˜‚ coz we are improvising the recipe here making it as simple as possible with minimal ingredients instead of following the big perfect procedure but hey! WE won't compromise on taste!πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‰




You  just need:


  1. 1 cup pasta ( macaroni/ penne/ shell/ anything!)
  2. 2 cups milk
  3. 1 spoon butter
  4. pepper/ parsley ( optional)
  5. some cheese ( processed/ cheddar/ brie/ anything!)
  6. A pinch of salt. 
Your cheesy cravings end here!

step 1: In a bowl, add the butter. Then, add the dry and uncooked pasta and milk. (Don't add cooked pasta because you're gonna cook it with milk ) Along with milk, add 1/2 glass water too coz milk gets reduced while cooking. Add a pinch of salt. Not too much!





step 2: After pasta gets cooked for about 5-10 minutes, Add the cheese grated/ cubed and leave for a minute. Stir and mix the cooked pasta till the cheese melts and the mixture reduces and thickens. Here, I used Amul processed cheese.






that's it! turn off the stove and serve it with butter/ pepper/ parsley bits. Your wish!



You can also take this to next level by adding more shredded cheese on top and baking it for  minute or leave it like that. We are hungry and got the taste! πŸ˜πŸ˜‹
