QUICK BANANA CAKE


Ola! ๐Ÿ˜ธ How are you people doin in quarantine? btw do you have some ripened bananas at your home which put you in confused and guilty situation whether to throw that awesome fruit away or eat em? no matter how good they are, i bet you can't eat em when they are fully ripened. But you can't throw them away coz they are not rotten and still contain some nutrients.

So, coming to baking.. are you on a diet? oorr you don't wan't to eat refined food like maida, white sugar? or YOU WANT TO BAKE A CAKE IN 10 minutes? check out this recipe...
You just need basic ingredients. There is no need to rush to supermarket to get additional things.

  1. 3 ripened bananas
  2. some olive oil/ butter
  3. whole wheat flour/ atta ( 2 cups)
  4. baking powder ( 1 spoon)
  5. baking soda (1/2 spoon)
  6. curd ( 1/2 cup)
  7. brown sugar/ white/ jaggery powder ( 1 cup) if you feel it would be too sweet then check the taste and add.
  8. some vanilla extract/ pods/ essence 
  9. a basic baking tin







Now, lets dooo this๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜


step 1: mash the bananas and add sugar (optional) / powdered jaggery into them. There is no need for a fancy mixer. You can just mix it with a whisk or spoon just make sure you mash them fine.



step 2: Add the curd and vanilla ( till you get the flavour)

step 3: now add atta, baking soda, baking powder, salted butter (if you want to enhance some flavour) and mix it with cut and fold method. Don't over mix em.

step 4: take a cake tin..any microwave friendly tin/ mould, drop some oil/ butter into it, spread it in all over bottom and the sides and pour the batter. Here you can add some chocolate bits/ chocolate chunks coz booiii! banana flavour with cocoa is heaven! or some dry fruits whatever you have for garnish and preheat the oven for a few minutes like 1 or 2.๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜
step 5: now take his baby into the oven to  bake with the temperature of 350-375 degrees fahrenheit/ 180-190 degrees celsius, 20-30 minutes. Basically a Moderate temperature oven if you are using heating oven (15-20 minutes). Heating oven bhi chalta hai๐Ÿ˜‰

now when it's time, check it if it's completely done or put 1 or 2 more minutes if required. Then check it with the fork/ toothpick if it's done, they will come out clean.


YO! the cake is ready. Enjoy that spongy, super soft moist cake.๐Ÿ˜›
