Fried pasta snack

- Dried herbs/ condiments: Basil, Oregano, Parsley- 1 spoon each
- Pasta ( Penne/ macaroni/ other)
- garlic powder/ minced garlic
- Olive oil/ any oil for deep frying
- salt
- pepper
- chilli powder/ chilli flakes
- cheese powder (optional)
- Amchur/ Chaat masala
Let's start!
Step 1: Cook some handful of pasta until it reaches al dente. i.e., till it gets soft and ready to eat.
With a pinch of salt in water for seasoning for 10-15 minutes on medium flame. If you feel the pasta sticks to bottom of pan while cooking, add 1 spoon of oil.
Step 2: Strain the water and discard the water. Keep it aside till it completely loses moisture.
Step 3: Now, heat some oil in a kadai for deep frying and put it on medium flame.
Step 4: Fry the cooked pasta batch by batch till get get golden brown colour as shown below.
Step 5: Take them off and sprinkle the spices mentioned above and serve!
Voila! Your crunchy snack is ready! Some say it Kurkure!
