Hi readers! How are y'all doing? Today, let's make this authentic Andhra (South Indian snack) Which is so simple yet so easy to make. It doesn't take much time. Let's try this evening snack!


You just need:


  1. 3 cups puffed rice
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 chopped tomato
  4. 1 coriander stem
  5. 1 spoon salt, 1 spoon chilli powder, 1 spoon chaat masala
  6. 1 whole lemon
  7. Corn flakes/ rice flakes
  8. 1 handful peanuts
Procedure:

Step 1: In a kadai, fry some dried corn flakes and keep them aside. In a pan, roast the peanuts and puffed rice for 1 minute to make them crispy and tasty.




Step 2: In a huge bowl, add the puffed rice, corn flakes, salt, onions and tomatoes, chaat masala, chilli powder and mix them from top to bottom. Add the lemon juice and lastly add peanuts. Mix the mixture with hands thoroughly until everything gets incorporated.



 



Do not over mix it. It might break the puffrice.



That's it! It is as simple as that!
