Kheer: A dessert for sweet occasions.
Hi mini chefs! How was your mother's day celebrated? Have you cooked or done something sweet for your mother? You know what? Mothers' day can be celebrated any day. Not only one day. Parents are that special. So you can make your parents happy and cook something for them. To remember these sweet occasions, try this indian delicacy. Come on!

- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 spoons ghee/ Clarified butter
- Cardamom ( Elaichi)
- 1 cup Semiya/ Vermicelli
- Some dry fruits for garnish
Let's start!
Step 1: In a kadai, Add the ghee. Roast some dryfruits and keep aside.
Step 2: Now, Roast the vermicelli till golden colour for 5 minutes and keep it aside.
Step 3: Add milk into the same kadai, boil it for some time and add the vermicelli and elaichi. Mix it by adding sugar. After 5 minutes, it thickens. Then add the dry fruits at last and turn off the stove.
Step 4: transfer it into a bowl. Cool it down and serve!
