Besan Ka Chilla

Hey Mini chefs! How are you all? Today, Wanna try something healthy, simple and tasty? Easy to make, Protein rich? All at a time! Yes! this recipe is so nutritious and delicious. Let's start this without much ado.


All you need is:


  1. 2 cups besan flour (Chickpea flour)
  2. A pinch of salt, Chilli powder, Coriander powder, 1 spoon each
  3. Olive oil/ Any oil
  4. 1 chopped tomato
  5. 1 chopped onion
  6. 1 stem coriander leaves
That's it! let's start!

Procedure:

Step 1: In besan flour, add the salt, chilli powder, coriander powder and make batter with some water till it gets dosa batter consistency. 



Step 2: In a dosa pan, add 1 spoon oil. Pour some batter on pan with a cupped utensil like dosas.



Step 3: While cooking on medium flame, Sprinkle some finely chopped onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves. Flip onto the other side.




Step 4: Cook until both sides get cooked and till it gets crispy.
