Hey Amigos!! How's your day so far! 😀 Bored?🤔 In mood for pastries? You gotta check out this spanish delicacy. This is an authentic dessert snack which you can do in just minutes that too with easily available home ingredients! Without much ado, have a look!

- 1 chunk of butter
- A pinch of salt
- 5 Spoons sugar
- 1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
- 2 cups Whole wheat flour (atta)
- 2 eggs
Let's start! Get ready to dig in.
Step 1: Turn on the stove. In a vessel, add 1 glass of water and add 1 chunk of butter. Cook until the butter melts.
Step 2: When the butter melts in water, add a pinch of salt, 5 spoons sugar and boil it.
Step 3: When the mixture reduces, add flour and mix it till the lumps get cleared and the mixture gets reduced.
Step 4: Turn off the stove. You should get the consistency in the following way. Add 2 eggs one by one and mix the dough until it gets smooth consistency.
Step 5: Heat the oil and keep it in medium flame. Add 1 spoon of ghee/ butter if you want extra flavour.
Step 6: Now, add the flour mixture in a piping bag with a star tip/ murukku machine as shown below.

Step 7: Squeeze it in oil in any shape and fry them till they get a golden brown colour
Step 8: Take them out and roll them in sugar as shown below.
