5 min chaat: Masala papad
You must have come across this in restaurant menu, starters or munching column π where they give you a pepper papad with fancy garnishing charging you a huge amount of moneyπ okay! coming to this, this is a quick recipe which barely requires cooking if you have left over crunchy papads after lunch or dinner at your home.
You just need:
step 1: chop onions and tomatoes, mix them with spices mentioned above.
step 2: now, take the papad, arrange the chopped vegetables on em, sprinkle the spices.
step 3: now garnish them with coriander leaves/ ragi flakes/ chips bits! ( you can get creative hereπ)
THAT'S IT! i usually enjoy this in evening time with my green tea. Let's just say i have unusual taste.π

- lemon
- ragi, jowar flakes/ sev/ chips bits (optional)
