Dalgona coffee: 2020 Quarantine trending thing.

How you people doooin!😉 You people must have come across this trending fancy coffee. I made it too. So Why not share the recipe of this with my friends!

If you still did not try it and want to, then try this now during your spare time!

All you need is,

• 2 big spoons Instant coffee powder, 3 spoons sugar ( brown or white) and 2 spoons hot water! that's it! Just these three for that fancy froth (per single serve)
• chilled milk/ milk with ice cubes

But you need Whisker though if you want to make it easy😅 or you can do the manual work of whisking with hand for 400 times. It's a good exercise though on the bright side 🤔😁

Lets doo this thang:

step 1: Take the coffee powder, sugar and hot water in a bowl.

step 2: Whisk the mixture for 3 minutes on speed 2 or 3 or with hand mixer, 400 times. Stop when it reaches at peak stage.

MAGIC!

step 3: Take a glass, add the milk and ice cubes.

step 4: gently add the froth on the milk and turn it. 

Voila! Later mix it all and enjoy after taking that picture.😂😂
